User Management
The User Management Form is accessible only by program administrators. They can use the form to change settings on other users' accounts.
- Select User: The program administrator can select the user account to edit. An account with a pending privelege request will be marked with an asterisk (*).
- Last Active: This will display when the user last logged on.
- Change Password: This brings up the Change Password Form with the user's current password already entered. A program administrator can use this feature to recover an account if the user forgets their password. The old password is obscured from the program administrator's view.
- Delete User: This will remove the user entirely from the system.
- Priveleges: The program administrator can use the slider to set a new privelege level, then click on the button to promote/demote the user. This clears all pending privelege requests from that user.
- If the user has requested new priveleges, the requested privelege will be displayed below the slider. When the text is red, the slider is below the requested level. When the text is green, the slider is above the requested privelege level. When the slider is at the requested privelege level the text will turn black.
- New User: This button launches the Create User From.
